I have created this site as a demo online fitness program. It includes everything you will need to know about starting Chisled in 60 days.
Tip: Program is designed for 4 weeks at a time, however, you can complete the program as many times as you would like. I recommend completing it at least 2 times. The second time you can reverse the weeks (i.e. start week 4 3x8, week 3, week 2, week 1).
